Project ROBINT (Integration of Intelligent Behaviours in Tour-Guide Robots, DPI2004-07908-C02-02) is the continuation of the researches
developed in two previous projects: URBANO (Autonomous Robots Integration in Society, by Using New Technologies, CICYT 2002-2004) and WEBFAIR (Web Access to Commercial
Fairs through Mobile Agents, IST 29456), in which a tour-guide robot for fairs and museums was developed.
The goal of the project is the modelling, methodology of design, development and implementation of intelligent behaviours in tour-guide robots. Other partners in this project are the Speech Technology Group (GTH) and the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia.
